I enabled the "Add to Attendant" permission for all my users.
I assume that when the Auto Attendant spells out a name it is
because the user has not recorded their name.

As a sample, here are some users:
ari - Ari Brener
brian - Brian Cantor
bnemec - Bob Nemec
norman - Norman Branitsky

If I enter 3 letters that exactly match a last name,
it finds the right user.
e.g. "272" returns "Norman Branitsky".
However, if I enter "636" it says:
Enter 1 for Bob Nemec
Enter 2 for Norman Branitsky.
If I enter "226" it finds "Brian Cantor"
However, if I enter "274" it says:
Enter 1 for Brian Cantor
Enter 2 for Ari Brener.

So the question is what are the matching rules?
For "636" it offered the right last name and also a
first name that matched the first character.
For "274" it offered a matching first name and also
a last name that matched 2 characters.
