  I had it setup all internally, I was able to call from
Cisco to polycom and talk but from polycom to Cisco it would
go directly to VM, this was a while back but I'll set it all
up again and see because I could use it.
that part works fine here with cisco 7960's with -12 firmware, polycom with 3.2.3 firmware and sipx 4.2.0 (or it might be related to the 3.2.3 bug, you might try 3.2.2, but that doesn't work with BLF. fw 3.3.0 is rumored to come out soon.

Definition of an upgrade:  Take old bugs out, put new bugs in.
