It's much better to replace the voicemail rules in mappingrules with 
aliases that are generated individually.  sipXconfig knows which users 
have voicemail, and which servers that voicemail is on - it's actually 
easier to just generate the results of the rule (which are fixed for any 
given input) and make them aliases (and the performance is much better too).
