Hi there: Sipxecs ver 4.2 Polycom phones
As the default, the polycom phone display shows the extension number. I want to display the first name of the user. I've created a phone group for the polycom 430s. In the Registration settings page, the field LABEL is where I can make the change. But I need to know what format to insert a field (in this case, FIRST NAME). So I guess two things: 1. what is the fieldname for the FIRST NAME field in sipxecs. 2. what is the format of the entry in the field LABEL so that it references the FIRST NAME field. (are there text delimiters involved?) Thanks for your help!
