As a general rule, this is a volunteer only, open source type group.
No one is paid here to answer questions.
If no one has any experience with that phone, then I suppose any
information they may give you won't help.
So, I am guessing no one has tried.
Document the heck out of your setup, open a Jira, maybe its a bug if it
doesn't work out of the box.
Some things to do/look for first:
Make sure it supports MOH, and that MOH works on other phones.
Use/Try to use G.711 codex.
Upgrade to and/or test different versions of the Nortel firmware.
OPEN A BUG/JIRA on the tracking system so that it can be scheduled to
look at.
