my poly works with MOH, internal and external calls.
my cicso's only work with external calls, so it might be the phones.
are these production phones? can you play with new firmware? does it
support moh?
(do you have anything in the moh_url setting under Phone->SIP [advanced]?

and, or take it out, put it in, send profiles to the phone and restart them.
if you do get it to work, then you will be our new Nortel IP phone expert.
