Mike, Not sure if can add in the specific user extension, as the operator number is system wide, it is not a per user operator setting. I guess I could enter the voicemail pilot number, but i think the current method seems to be working okay? Were you able to modify your 'from address'? You just need to edit one line in the properties files for what you need (SenderMailto: near the top), you can leave the rest of the file as is.
