If I call gets dropped (I have seen this happen on softclients and hard
phones). gets dropped 'bad'. (not exactly sure the state)
but in diagnostic, active calls, I see calls there for 4 hours, that I
know were dropped.
packet traces show nothing happening (no audio either day, no session
packets), so, how do I disconnect phantom calls,
