I am testing X-lite softphone. I'am trying to test the Paging group option of SipXecs 4.2.1 config UI . I created a paging group and added few extensions in the same group. I tried calling those extensions with the paging extension for ex: *7722 and the extensions under paging group 22 are 54, 34, 500, and these extensions on the x-lite phones are not auto answering the call. The users at these extensions need to answer manually and then listen to the message. But if i enable the Auto Answer button on the x-lite softphone and try paging group option, the extensions under that particular group are autoanswered and they are able to hear the message. So please guide me through this.
