My sipx server is behind nat fortigate firewall. I am using bridged configuration. I have disabled sip helpers. I have published sip protocol to wan. I am successfully registering x-lite phone over wan. When I call an internal number, I hear ringing. However, when the phone is picked up, there is no sound.
The registration looks as follows. <sip:2...@192.168.5.6:55531;rinstance=6c7429df76db2001;transport=TCP;x-sipX-privcontact=192.168.5.6%3A55531%3Btransport%3DTCP> The ip mentioned here is internal interface of the fortigate firewall. Any help is appreciated.
