Hi, Can anybody tell me how to configure music on hold on a Linksys SPA-3000 with Sipx 4.2.1? The only option I see in the SPA config is ‘MOH server’ into which I have entered ~~...@btg-supplies.local<mailto:~~...@btg-supplies.local> – but there is no music. Another problem I have is that if a PSTN call comes in on the SPA-3000, which is immediately forwarded to a SIP phone (Polycom 550) and then answered, and then the call is placed on hold on the Polycom, the music plays to the PSTN caller for about 20 seconds and then stops and the call is disconnected from the Polycom. This does not happen if the call is not placed on hold. Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
