Thank for all yr input. But i am required to use the eyebeam. Once i am in the office on monday, i would capture the sip trace to seek further assistance. As for the TLS, i thought i see this setting up of TLS during the installation of SIPX. Could anyone confirm SIPX could not support TLS? I am required to set all my eyebeam to TLS mode. As i have mention earlier on, once i set my eyebeam to TLS, all my eyebeam cannot register to SIPX anymore. Really appreciate if someone could provide any solutions.
