Wishful thinking, at least right now. Until branch locations can be assigned and gateways (subaccounts) can be assigned to branches it is unusable.
When that happens it will be possible to have trunks allocated per department (or branch), and this would be possible. Major Overhauling would have to visit dial plans first!
