Some carriers have multiple IP addresses that you can use for their gateway. I have successfully configured three companies on the same sipXecs system to three different IP addresses at the same ITSP. You then can assign a group of lines to a particular trunk group successfully. That group only accesses their assigned trunks, on their individual account. There is no reason that I can see that this couldn't be increased to more accounts, it all depends on the number of gateway addresses available from the service provider.
