The reason is that the ITSP is treating a session refresh as a fresh call (ITSP BUG).
Here is what I think is happening: Call dies without ITSP sending BYE resulting in a stuck call. SipxBridge sends re-INVITE (session timer) half an hour later. ITSP treats it as a fresh call ( should reply with 404 Call Or Dialog Not Found). Verify hypothesis if it happens again.
