yes. if you created the trun manually check the option "route by to header"

The provider is sending the DID in "to" not in the "Invite" part. The Alias would need to be 03450950110

Yet another question! On two different trunks, I can route calls to internal points if I use the trunk auth/username as an alias, eg. T-W000002171-001. When I try to use the destination phone number (have tried both international and UK versions) eg 03450950110 instead the call fails and I see 404 not found. (Attached). Any ideas?

P.S. I've been very impressed with this mailbase it's really responsive, thank you for giving up your time for us.
