The n9 has a limited sip stack. As does android 4.1 (jelly bean). I don't
suggest using either. I find 3rd party applications have a far better
compatibility and would reserve to re-think that when the is embedded
sipstacks mature in these devices.

The n9 is a limited release model (not in US and even some Latin american
countries.

I might suggest 3cx for the windows mobile platform. I have used it on iOS
and android no ile devices with sipxecs without issue.
