You can't do this... otherwise people could just dial in, hit your AA and then dial out of your system! Some old systems had a feature called DISA where you could dial in to a particular extension, dial a password and then be able to place outbound calls. We don't have that feature.
AuthCode won't do anything for you here. I would do as suggested with some phantom users that have pre-canned forwarding setup to particular destinations. Unless you want to build something custom in Freeswitch to accept a PIN, then accept digits and then dial out.
