I was able to disable Speex support and finally build the sipXtapi binaries.
I found this process complicated (specially since I'm not very experienced
with VC++) and distracted me from my development process for a long time.
Once I solve the current problems in my software piece it would be
interesting to be able to support Speex and any other feature included in
the sipXtapi library.

You could disable it in project properties -> C/C++ -> Preprocessor.
It is defined for sipXmediaLib, sipXtackLib and sipXmediaAdapterLib.

Another way is to download Speex from www.speex.org and compile
library with Speex support.
