I have the mistake when I change libpcre.dll.a to libpcre.a (in PCRE 6.4-1). Now I replace the libpcre.a in Linker --> Input by pcre.lib and copy pcre.dll into debug or release directory, and it works well.

why you picked 7417, it appears that that particular revision is
associated with a commit on the main branch:

sipXtapi is an excellent choice for building a conference server. I'm
you could even squeeze more than 4 connections out of it.
I think it would be great to add a simple conference server to our
collection of sipXtapi applications / examples.
