I seriously doubt anybody will do this. Forget sipxezphone, its only a 
demonstration.

I developed another softphone wxCommunicator (licenced under GPL) which 
is built with unicode wxWidgets, but should work with ansi version too 
(it was ansi only in the beginning, later i converted it to use 
unicode). wxCommunicator has features that make it useful for daily use 
like other softphones, unlike sipxezphone.
Link to setup is here in mailinglist. Source code is not yet publicly 
available, because I'm looking for svn to host it. 1st possibility is 
sipfoundry, then savannah or gna.org. Once the source code is public, I 
will welcome any developers wishing to help with it.
