Jaroslav was unclear here - sipXtapi *do* support RFC2833 DTMF signalling.
It does not support in band DTMF, that is DTMF sent inside audio stream.

What is deviceID you're talking about? I'm not sure I understand what are
you trying to do with devices. Do you have some special hardware that
support recording with replay and rewind?
