as you may know I'm struggling with figuring out if the Alcatel PBX I'm
connecting to supports DTMF and on what level. I know about the callback which
is passed to sipxEventListenerAdd(), and I know about the
sipxConfigEnableOutOfBandDTMF() function. Is there anything more I should know
about to figure out if I'm receiving any notifications for DTMF? Any other
functions I should call at startup to enable this, or are there any other entry
points that I should monitor to see if I'm getting these events?
