I'm not receiving these events. However, an Ethereal trace on my machine 
reveals that RTP packets (I'm using the Ethereal filter "sip or 
rtp.p_type==97") containing the DTMF tones *are* being sent to my computer. So 
I would assume that the method being used by Alcatel to send DTMF is the one 
not supported by sipxtapi :-(
 
Any ideas on how much effort it would be to add this kind of support to 
sipxtapi? Or are there any other libraries which I should be looking at which 
have this implementation?
