Yes, sipXtapi project files for VC6 are indeed maintained on a regular
basis.
I'm not as sure about sipXezPhone though -- that may need a bit of work,
but
for the rest of sipXtapi, yes, they are indeed built with VC6 on a regular
basis.
Aside from loading the VC6 project files, building sipXtapi is the same
for
VC6 as it is for VC2003 or VC2005.
You'll have to install SPEEX and GIPS if you leave the projects
project-level preprocessor defines set -- those turn on support for SPEEX
and GIPS by default (which is recommended).
