Sorry about being terse... You have basically 3 choices.
1) Get the source figure out what is taking up the uneccessary space and
recompile, which you already said you didn't have time to do. Or if
someone on the list has done this already for 3.2.0 then you are in luck.
2) Use dhcp with netboot. No floppy involved.
3) Downgrade to version 3.0.1 which will fit on a floppy. And wait until
they check in a version of 3.2.x-i386boot-standard that will fit on a
floppy.
