Now I have tried to image from a machine with identical hardware (I used two
compute nodes and just temporally set up one of them as a head node).  I
used UYOK, and I am getting the same error that I received originally:

"mount: error 6 mounting ext3"
etc.
kernel panic not syncing: attempted to kill init!

Attached, please find the install log file showing a successful imaging
process for this compute node.  After compute node reboot, I get the above
error.
