I did mean Window > Fit. Maybe I misinterpreted what it did. When I do Window > Fit (on my primary screen), the size of the ENTIRE Skim window changes so that it is exactly as high as my screen. It's possible that auto-resize was turned on (which was what made me think that it was doing something with the PDF too).
When I do Window > Fit on my secondary screen, the exact same thing happens.
