I've noticed that when I print pdfs from Preview vs Skim, I get different behaviors if the document has pages of differing size/resolution. In Preview, the pages will be scaled to fit normal paper (using different scaling factors depending on the size of each page), while in Skim they all come out unscaled (and some pages are printed as magnified fragments). Any easy way to fix this on the user end or the programming end?
