Using the latest Skim (1.1.2) I am having problems saving Skim pdf
bundles (.pdfd files). After an initial normal save, all subsequent
saves produce the alert: "This document's file has been changed by
another application since you opened or saved it. The changes made by
the other application will be lost if you save. Save anyway?"
This occurs even after quitting Skim, restarting and then opening a
saved pdfd file. There is no problem saving a ordinary Skim pdf, its
just the bundle that has the problem. I have not been attempting to
use any other pdf reader apart from Skim on these files.
The problem occurs with Skim 1.1.1 as well as 1.1.2. However,
reverting to Skim 1.0.3 allows bundles to be saved without problem.
