Christian -- thanks, I missed that. But now I see that "Highlight
Occurences of Text" doesn't seem to run properly. It does ask for the
type of note but doesn't effect the note on any occurrence of the
selected text.
No, not directly. Notes are attached to a single page, so it would
require adding separate notes for all the components. Skim doesn't
do that, as it's not intuitive to add multiple notes when you think
you're adding one. You can do it using AppleScript though, thre is a
sample script linked on the Wiki that does precisely this.
