Here is what is up I am a blind engineer working on learning Logic
studio music app and I like to put notes in my manuals at least I
could back in the text only days LOL . I've been looking for info on
using Anchored notes to do this But I would like to be able to make
the note go to that part or page # of the pdf so I can read the
context of the note that i made. The skim help is a little confusing
about dragging note some where in pdf . is a Anchored note the same
as saying it is placed at the same page I am making the note at?
