Good point. Unfortunately Apple only adds voice over descriptions out of the box if you use some new Leopard only features, which we cannot use. But I found a Tiger compatible way to add voice over descriptions for the toolbar buttons, which will be available in the next release. It's a pity Apple does not add voice over support for the notes.
