At least now I know there isn't anything that I can do to fix the problem
and I have to live with it. I guess this means that for OCRed documents we
shouldn't use highlights.
No matter what, Skim is a great app and I love it. It is open all day long
on my machine and it has served me well in my dissertation writing.
