And let me say this again, because you don't seem to get it. 1. The Lines panel is a TOOL, it's not the SETTING, it only shows you the setting for the SELECTED element (note or line well control) and can be used to CHANGE the settings for that selected element. 2. To change the settings for a given note you have to SELECT the note and then change the settings in the Lines panel. 3. So to change the setting of a line well you have to SELECT it and then change the setting in the Lines panel. 4. The fact that the dash pattern is a series of numbers is in the tool tip. 5. When you pick up a hammer, the nail is not in the wall, you'll have to hit the nail. When the hammer is red, it does not mean that the nail is red (try to think about that.) 6. You should just TRY and THINK instead of throwing up your hands in the air. It IS an intuitive interface (most users get it.) And remember this is a FREE program written completely in FREE time for NOTHING and OPEN SOURCE, so if you have complaints about the manual and the interface feel FREE to write it yourself.
