That's a Launch Services problem, I think. Is that where Sparkle unarchives
updates (NSTemporaryDirectory())?
A simple way to make LS update is to move Skim.app to some other folder in
Finder, then move it back. If that doesn't work, you either have multiple
versions around, or need to use lsregister.
