No wonder there is nothing I can catch in the debugger, I didn't realize
it's a PDFKit built-in feature.
I was thinking whether it's possible to replace the spacebar (similar to how
the Escape key is handled) in
if (modifierFlags == 0 && ch == SKEscapeCharacter) {
[(SKMainWindowController *)[self windowController] exitFullScreen:
self];
return;
}
- (void)keyDown:(NSEvent *)theEvent in SKFullScreenWindow.m
and substitute the spacebar key with a Cmd ->
