Upgrading to Skim 1.4.10 has corrected the problem with OS X Yosemite where the up and down arrows were reversed. However, after a while Skim now just stops responding to these keys completely. Switching from Single Page to Single Page continuous and back again seems to get them working again (but it would be better if they kept working by themselves...).
