Hello everyone I tried Skim and it is the best fit to my readings. However, I noticed several things when i was annotating the papers that has two columns. in my case i was reading the first column on the left and i annotate some text at the end of that column. but when i annotate some text on the right column at the first paragraph, the second annotation order in the notes pan was before the first annotation in the left column which would confuses me when i annotate for summarization of the paper.
another suggestion is if there a feature to group annotations in one group such as nested annotations.
