So I guess they fixed this only for ArrowUp/ArrowDown, but not for 
PageUp/PageDown. We'll have to wait for 10.10.4 to (hopefully) fully fix this. 
I have notified Apple about this. 

I don't want to reinsert the workaround, because this is Apple's bug. 
Workarounds then can only create new problems after Apple has fixed the bug. I 
still don't understand why the Preview developers haven't told the PDFKit 
developers about their bug.
