Almost, but the current version of “search" just summarizes the matches in the 
Contents Panel, right? I want to see all the matches highlighted on the page 
(two page view would be better, full Overview even better), so that I can 
quickly assess where/whether there are sections of the paper that give 
significant attention to a particular topic.

Temporarily highlighting the search matches on the page is mainly what I need. 
Secondarily, it might be useful to selectively convert the temporary matches to 
permanent highlighting, but that might be hard to implement.
