I tested this with
Skim Version 1.5.10 (126)
and it is indeed caused by sharing Skim (only) first and then going to
Presentation.
I run a weekly vCPD session for Gynecologists some of them are quite
averse to technology :-)-O requiring a trial run the evening before for
each (first time Zoom) presenter and I always tell them to close/hide
every other window, then to share the complete Desktop and only the go
to presentation mode.
