You should be able to use (full screen) Presentation mode, and then select the screen in Zoom. You can either select the screen to share in Zoom. (Note that if you have several non-mirrored screens Skim’s Presention mode will try to use the secondary screen, not your primary screen. If you share the Skim window rather than the whole screen, you should not choose the normal Skim window, because Presentation mode uses a separate window. Rather you should first go into Presentation mode, and then use Command-Tab to go to Zoom and select Skim’s window. You need a recent version of Skim for this to work because of a problem with older versions. For some more convenience, you can also set a hidden preference to be able to resize the Presentation window, so you can view your Zoom window and your (shared) Skim Presentation window at the same time.
