SKIP 3.0 for Win32 and FreeBSD-2.2.7

I've been scanning the list and seem to be at a common sticking point. Can
anyone provide particulars for getting the FreeBSD key into the Win32
(running here on Windows 95) client? CDP? Is there any way to get the key
onto the Windows client manually? If so, how?
