Not sure if I'm understanding your question completely.  If you are 
asking about whether CDP can occur between a Win95 client and a 
FreeBSD certificate server, the answer is yes but you still have to 
enter the FreeBSD keyID on the Win95 host and the Win95 keyID on the 
FreeBSD host, manually.

The key lengths must also be the same.  The time on the two systems 
has to be within one hour of each other.  And the protocols for 
authentication and encryption must be the same.

This is greatly enhanced with the new CDRom domestic version of Sun 
SKIP for Windows 95 and NT which has operlapping protocols for DES, 
triple DES and SAFER at about $130.
