Dear all
I have found in the notice by IT dept. that all ITR V to be sent to Bangalore
withinn 30 days of efiling of return. I am confused in the matter that there
may be postal delay for sending and also receiving the same. It may be returned
also. Then how the assessee will get the stamped copy of the Ack. If everything
is allright then also it will take 1-2 months to get the ack. by the assessee.
So during that period the assessee will not be able to show the proof of
submission of IT return anywhere as only ITR V without stamp is not valid. Pls
anyone can clarify the matter. As a practitioner what should we do?
