Dear Sirs, We are discussing the matter relating to putting of the stamp on ITR V, which was the conventional mode of acknowledgement. No doubt the department will send an email confirming the receipt of ITR V and that email has to be attached with the ITR V, and if no mail is received from the department within thirty days, the return shall be re-filed as revised return.
