My company is giving me medical reimbursement for Rs.15,000/ PA but it is link with my attendance.
So whenever I am going on long leave , I am getting less amount of medical reimbursement as it is link with attendance. I am not getting full benefit of Rs.15,000/- for Tax purpose. Please advise any way to get full benefit of Rs.15,000/- of Medical Reimbursement.
