As per income tax law Any exempted reimbursements/Allowance paid by 
Organisation to employee either that can be exempted or maximum ceiling 
define by  income tax.

In short reimbursements Expenses availed/Paid by employee/organisation in 
salary structure or Maximum ceiling whichever is less. that can be 
exempted.

In your organisation is paying less than Rs.15000/- as a medical 
reimbursements to you . in that case  u can take only paid by the 
Organisation actual amount.

My company is giving  me medical reimbursement for Rs.15,000/ PA but it is 
link with my attendance.
 
So whenever I am going on long leave , I am getting less amount of medical 
reimbursement as it is link with attendance.
 
I am not getting full benefit of Rs.15,000/- for Tax purpose.
 
Please advise any way  to get full benefit of Rs.15,000/- of Medical 
Reimbursement.
