Hi Maya, first of all welcome to the list. I sincerely don't know exactly what this Skype key command (or how is it called) does... Smile. If I don't remember bad, with the new script release just published, that's number 618, it's possible to change it in the JAWS verbosity settings, which you can reach pressing JAWS key+v. If I update the scripts to this new version I'll surely do the same operation.
